Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze plan design configure and test OpenText VIM solution to meet the business and regulatory needs for processing of various types of supplier invoices Requires sound knowledge on Document Archiving OCR VIM Workflows Process Types Exception handling and Reports including integration with S4 and other applicationsWork youll doA unique opportunity to be a part of growing SAP team that works on latest cutting technology like HANA OpenText VIM Ariba and other cloudbased applications You will be responsible for implementationdelivering of OpenText VIM solutions to support Deloitte Member FirmsShould be able to understand the functional requirements from the client and appropriately convert them into Functional Design DocumentsShould be able to leadassist the team with hisher functionaltechnical skills whenever an issue is encounteredPerforming effort estimation for various implementation and enhancement activitiesShould have good team leader skills to coordinate with team membersShould be able to assist the team with hisher skills whenever an issue is encounteredBuilding relationships with clients and keeping abreast of the various client developmentsPerforming troubleshooting and problem resolution of any complex application builtExcellent written verbal listening analytical and communication skills are requiredHighly selfmotivated and directed Experience in working in teamoriented collaborative environmentShould take ownership of individual deliverablesWork with team members to analyze plan design configure and implement solutions to meet business and regulatory needsSupport and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts Development Quality Assurance Usability Training Transport Management and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixesCreate and maintain internal documentation and enduser training materials as neededProvide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to enable consistency across all projectsParticipate in the continuous improvement processes as assignedThe teamPreferred candidate profileQualificationsRequiredBachelors degree in Commerce or Computer Science or MBAMCA or equivalent degree5 to 7 years hands on experience preferably with 2 or more EndtoEnd implementation cycles on VIM 75 and above versions Experience in upgrade project and post upgrade activities is mustExperience in gathering requirements designing configuring the system and testingExperience in conducting Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysisSound knowledge on configurations in VIM Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center IES Barcoding Open Text Archive Server and integration with SAP AP AR GL and other external applications such as AribaExperience in handling complex enhancement in the OpenText VIM Vendor Invoice ManagementInvoice workflow approval designProcess Type determination sequence for different document typesConfiguring and managing exception handlingPresent and configure VIM workflow scenarios
