Job Description

    As a Vice President / Assistant Vice President in a Management Consulting Firm / Technology Setup, your role will involve the following responsibilities:Role Overview:In this role, you will be responsible for formulating Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management strategies. Your main objective will be to assist clients in implementing an HR Service Delivery Model that aligns with their business strategy. You will play a key role in building a highly effective and efficient HR organization for the clients. Additionally, you will define, develop, and deploy talent management strategies through talent management analytics and tools. Your work will involve consulting experience in a distributed environment and client-facing interactions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the practice by implementing the right strategies and actions to achieve target metrics on productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, headcount growth, attrition control, and team engagement.- Manage engagement risks, project economics, account receivables, and deliverable content. Ensure buy-in from top management levels at the clients end.- Contribute to business development efforts by collaborating with a global sales team to identify and secure potential opportunities.- Play a crucial role in people development by counseling, coaching, providing input into the firms staffing process, and participating in recruitment and retention activities.- Drive domain development through the creation of assets, methodologies, point-of-view documents, research papers, marketing collateral, public speaking engagements, and publications in industry periodicals.Qualifications Required:- MBA / PG in HR with 14 to 18 years of experience in HR Transformation and Talent Management projects.- Hands-on experience in Six Sigma Black Belt training/certification is preferred.- Deep expertise in areas such as HR Operating Model, HR Shared Services, HR Process, HR Policy Design, HR Diagnostics, HR Analytics, HR Technology, Organization Design, Talent Management, Project Management, and HR Service Delivery Model deployment.- Knowledge of HRIT and ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Workday) is desired.- Prior experience in consulting is a must for this role.
