Job Description Banking PRACTITIONER ROLEDo you have a passion to re-imagine Future of Banking, design Best in class Banking Processes and shape large scale Digital transformations leader in Banking Industry vertical serving Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from our 50+ Global Delivery centers. Our demand is rapidly increasing and therefore, we are looking to strengthen our team of Banking deep domain experts with hands on experience of shaping large scale deals and driving digital transformationfor Fortune 500 clients. You will transform the way Banking works in the future AND engage in one or more of following types of projects:

  • Lead and shape winning proposal for large scale Banking RFP and sole sourced engagements
  • Lead Sales growth and mining in existing Diamond and priority accounts for specific MU
  • Create value propositions in deal, leading client orals, workshops and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to Sales closure.
  • Co-innovate and lead Transformation agenda for our clients.
  • Demonstrate Thought leadership and Sell as a Trusted Advisor by participating in diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, and transformation engagement.
Are you the trusted advisor and leader we are looking for
  • You must be a Domain expert in Banking industry retail or commercial side, with depth in retail operations and/or commercial lending
  • You must have hands on experience and have delivered atleast 2 large scale End to End Banking Sales cycle or Transformation for global Clients
  • You must be well versed with Industry Digital technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital Banking solutions.
  • You must have strong sales orientation and executive presence
  • You excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at functional and at CxOlevels, and in shaping and delivering value-led programs.
  • You are a solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project-oriented environment and accustomed to driving outcomes in matrixed organization structures.
  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project.
  • You are an action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable.
  • You are flexible and capable of some travel.
  • You can do process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with storytelling and data.
