Job Description

    We are seeking friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Wait Staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, preparing tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and addressing guest needs professionally.The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide menus.
    • Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and available items.
    • Take customer orders accurately and provide helpful recommendations.
    • Check food quality and presentation before serving.
    • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
    • Present bills and process payments accurately.
    • Respond to customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
    • Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
