Job Description

Basic Requirement : Must have experience in team handling profile & in direct channel.
• You will be absorbed on on roll will be getting fix salary as committed in appointment letter
• You have to recruit Life insurance advisors also commonly known as commission agents from your local references.
• You need to guide your team of advisors to sell products means LI policies in advisors circle.
• You need to plan your monthly sales target.
• Need to send reports to managers about daily workings etc.
