Job Description

    Job Title: WFM SpecialistIndustry: AirlineLocation: GurgaonJob Type: Full TimeMinimum Qualification: GraduateExperience: 10 YearsRoles and Responsibility: Responsible for the management of the resource planning, pattern planning and roster allocations for Airlines flight and cabin crew. Leading the development of best practice planning and resource processes, and will be required to drive optimization to ensuring maximum operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategic plan to optimize flight and cabin crew resources including IT solutions for regional and International Manage crew planning to ensure adequate work force planning for planned commercial and network capacity Ensure pattern construction and allocation procedures are documented and standard of work complies with all Industrial Agreements Leading a team of workforce planners, including team members in remote locations Develop road map for best practice workforce planning including. transformational initiatives Provide strategic input to short-term and long-term plan for International and Domestic Workforce Planning team Management oversight of the development and control of the crew planning system Oversee resource planning and engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities initiatives Demonstrating an optimized approach from resource and pattern planning through to roster development Delivering rosters to stakeholders within agreed timeframes, including proper resourcing of flying operationsSkills & Requirements: An undergraduate or masters degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, or computer science-related field Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with WFM software and tools. Erlang, Avaya, IeX. Budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting skills Collaboration and Coordination skills Strong influencing and negotiating skills Strong Communication skills Strong Analytical skills Should be flexible with 24/7 working environment. Good Advance Excel Knowledge Proficient in WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT. SQL is an added advantage Strong Mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills. Good time Management. Problem-solving and resolution skills. Strategic thinking (planning ahead and predicting what is going to happen).
