Job Description

    • Oversee and manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and workstations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, workstations, Active Directory, and other related systems.
    • Lead a team of system administrators, support engineers, or other IT professionals who work with Windows technologies.
    • Mentor junior staff members, offering guidance and technical expertise to improve team performance.
    • Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with internal policies or external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
    • Automate monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
    • Oversee the configuration and integration of Windows servers with other systems (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, storage, databases).
    • Design and implement backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for Windows systems, ensuring that data and services can be restored quickly in case of failure.
    • Manage and document changes to the Windows environment, ensuring that all changes go through the proper approval processes and are tested before deployment.
    • Lead or participate in IT projects related to Windows infrastructure, such as new system deployments, upgrades, or migrations.
    • VMware installation ,administration , troubleshooting , Migration ,Upgrade working experience.
    • Good to have Nutanix L2 , AHV installation ,troubleshooting, Migration , Upgrade knowledge and working experience.
    • In additional to above Windows Admin
    • Citrix Server administrator and troubleshooting, Migration Knowledge, and experience
    • Also Knowing and Experience on n Windows server Operating system Installation , Troubleshooting , migration and recovery
    • File server setup , troubleshooting and Migration experience.
    • Active directory working L2 skills.
    • experience , Active directory setup , Migration , Group policy setting and troubleshooting experience and Knowledge.
    • DHCP setup and troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
