With a deep understanding of the unique needs of the mental health industry, our client delivers tailored digital marketing solutions that foster sustainable growth.About The Role:Were looking for a junior to mid-level WordPress Developer who can turn client copy, feedback, and Figma mockups into clean, responsive web pages using WordPress and Elementor. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of layout hierarchy, excellent written English comprehension, and the ability to make design decisions that bring clarity to disorganized or unclear client notes. This is a highly detail-oriented role suited for someone who enjoys transforming rough input into polished digital experiences. Youll need to be confident working within established templates but also comfortable building new sections that align with an existing design system. Experience in digital marketing or a development agency is a plus.What Youll Be Doing:- Experience in the mental healthcare industry is a plus.- Develop and launch custom WordPress websites using Elementor, Divi, or other visual builders.- Handle full website setup, including theme configuration, plugin installation, and light customization.- Manage site performance, SEO optimization, security updates, and regular maintenance for multiple client websites.- Build and edit responsive WordPress websites using Elementor, based on finalized copy, Figma files, and client notes.- Interpret unstructured or unclear client input and organize content into clean, logical, and conversion-friendly layouts.- Select emotionally appropriate, non-generic imagery that aligns with the clients tone and audience.- Build GoHighLevel landing pages for campaigns and A/B testing.- Publish blogs using a consistent, lightly designed formatting structure.- Ensure all pages are fully responsive, visually consistent, and built for performance.- Turn around standard assignments the same business day, and revise quickly based on feedback.Who are we looking for - 1-3 years of experience building websites in WordPress with Elementor.- Excellent grasp of written English with the ability to interpret vague or unstructured copy into effective layouts.- Experience working with Figma and basic Photoshop skills for prepping assets.- Comfortable working within templates, while also capable of designing custom sections to meet new client needs.- Understanding of on-page SEO, including header structure, image optimization, and site performance.- Familiarity with GoHighLevel for basic landing page builds or updates.- Working knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, or the Divi theme is a plus.- Experience in digital marketing or a development agency is a plus.- Experience in the mental healthcare industry is a plus.Position: WordPress DeveloperRemote Status: Fully RemotePreferred Location: GlobalWorking Hours: 9 am - 5 pm PSTHolidays: Canadian Federal HolidaysSalary: USD 800 to USD 1200Internal Job ID: 0664Job Details:Role Level: Entry-LevelWork Type: Full-TimeCountry: IndiaCity: New Delhi, DelhiCompany Website: https://bionictalent.comJob Function: EngineeringCompany Industry/Sector: Human Resources ServicesWhat We Offer:About The Company:Searching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
