Job Description

    As a Workman, you will be responsible for supporting production and maintenance operations within the organization. Your role will involve performing various tasks that require physical labor, the use of tools, and collaboration with team members to ensure efficient workflow.Your key responsibilities will include performing manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials, operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently, following blueprints and instructions to complete assigned tasks, assisting in the construction, installation, and repair of structures or equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines, collaborating with other workers and supervisors to complete projects on time, reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervisors, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.To qualify for this role, you should have a formal ITI certificate in the relevant branch or be a 10th pass with the ability to read and write in Hindi and Basic English. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience post ITI or a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field as a Workman.Working as a Workman may require you to work in various weather conditions and be able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. There may also be potential exposure to hazardous materials, but proper safety training will be provided.This job offers full-time, permanent employment with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule may include day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts.
