Job Description

    As a ServiceNow Developer / Senior Developer specializing in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module, you will be responsible for configuring and developing features on the ServiceNow platform to enhance the workplace service management experience. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, building and customizing workflows, and ensuring seamless functionality within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Configure and develop features within the WSD module on the ServiceNow platform.- Build, customize, and enhance workflows for workplace service management.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices for development and configuration.- Support and optimize existing WSD functionalities.Qualifications:- 4 years of overall experience in ServiceNow development.- Strong hands-on expertise in the WSD module.- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, and scripting.- Exposure to integrations with external systems is a plus.- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.Location: PAN India (Remote/Hybrid flexibility)If you are a proactive individual with technical expertise in ServiceNow development and a passion for enhancing the employee experience through workplace service management, we encourage you to apply for this role.,
