Job Description

    Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager Critical CareIndustry: Medical / Healthcare / Medical DevicesLocation: Delhi NCRExperience: Minimum 7 years in critical care product sales or medical devicesEducation: Graduation (preferred in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields)Salary Budget: 10-12 LPANotice Period: Within 30 daysKey Expertise & SkillsCritical Care & Medical Expertise:
    • Strong background in managing and treating critically ill patients in ICU and emergency settings.
    • Familiarity with life-saving procedures and advanced critical care equipment.
    Respiratory Products & Pulmonology:
    • Hands-on experience with respiratory devices like ventilators, oxygen therapy systems, and nebulizers.
    • Knowledge of respiratory disorders, diagnostics, and treatment in pulmonology.
    Respiratory & Intensive Care Management:
    • Skilled in providing solutions for asthma, COPD, and other respiratory conditions.
    • Expertise in supporting ICU operations with patient monitoring, life support systems, and crisis interventions.
    Surgical & Medical Equipment:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures, post-operative recovery, and surgical tools.
    • Proficient in medical device operations, including diagnostics and monitoring equipment.
    Sales & Marketing Expertise:
    • Proven ability in marketing critical care and surgical medical devices to healthcare providers.
    • Experienced in explaining product benefits and negotiating with hospital stakeholders.
    Hospital & Institutional Sales:
    • Expertise in managing sales processes with hospitals, ensuring compliance with purchasing requirements.
    • Skilled in building relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
    Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with medical device regulations and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
    Responsibilities
    1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
      • Develop and implement zonal sales strategies for critical care products and medical devices.
      • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned zone.
    2. Team Leadership:
      • Lead, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
      • Provide guidance on client interactions, product demonstrations, and sales techniques.
    3. Client & Stakeholder Management:
      • Establish and nurture relationships with hospital administrators, clinicians, and key decision-makers.
      • Address client needs and provide tailored solutions for critical care equipment.
    4. Market Analysis:
      • Conduct research on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
      • Identify new opportunities to expand product reach within the healthcare sector.
    5. Reporting & Feedback:
      • Prepare performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
      • Provide insights into product enhancements and customer requirements.
