Dear Candidate,Greetings from Career Midas!!!We are hiring for HR Head in a leading wellness Company..Saket.Responsibilities and Duties Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment Make HR strategy and plans to align with company business needs and objectives. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure they are compliance with local laws and regulations. Responsible for HR operation running smoothly, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance, training, ER relations, culture Manage full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process. Culture establishment, promotion and landing, people engagement. Develop compensation and benefits plans Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process Host in-house recruitment events Discuss employees career development paths with managers Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) Review departmental budgets Organize learning and development programs Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely mannerRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Excellent communication abilities Leadership skills
