Our preference would be for this role to be based in Silkeborg, Graasten (DK) or Grodzisk Mazowiecki (PL).Job ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee and drive end-to-end B2B marketing communications, launches, and initiatives, from strategy and development to global rollout, monitoring, and evaluation. You will collaborate with the Global Marketing Communications team, working with passionate and skilled colleagues from over 20 countries. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Project management of global marketing communication activities, including, but not limited to, the Danfoss Drives segment, selected industries, and product launches/updates.
• Conceptualizing and creating master campaigns across various touchpoints to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.
• Ensuring effective execution of communication strategies alongside global colleagues.
• Evaluating the efficiency of activations and determining their implications for future initiatives.
• Preparing thought leadership content in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the organization.
• Coaching and inspiring colleagues as a trusted sparring partner.
• Continuously developing and optimizing the approach to marketing communications and refining working processes.
• Managing external vendor relationships and agreements.
• Facilitating and driving the development of marketing assets, such as literature, digital materials, web communication, and video production, in partnership with both agencies and internal specialists.
• Driving communication across digital platforms including web, social media, and marketing automation.

Background & SkillsEducation and Experience:You hold a relevant masters degree in marketing or a similar field, combined with substantial experience, ideally in Global Marketing Communications within an international company. This could include working with B2B customers or in an agency environment.Additional Qualifications:

• You are a passionate and dynamic project leader with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines while ensuring high quality and a positive user experience.
• You have a deep understanding of digital marketing from a customer-centric perspective, with the ability to identify key digital platforms that drive engagement and impact business results.
• You are experienced in brand development and maintaining consistent messaging across diverse target audiences.
• You thrive in matrixed organizations, building strong relationships with stakeholders across teams and functions.
• You have a strong curiosity and a drive to stay current with developments and best practices in marketing communications.

Personal Skills:

• You excel at networking across functions and levels, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence stakeholders with your proactive and positive approach.
• You are passionate about understanding customer needs and exploring how Danfoss Drives can provide exceptional customer experiences.
