Job Description

HR Process Owner (Denmark), People OperationsLocation: Copenhagen, DenmarkExperience Level: MidMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
Experience with digital transformation/HR digitalization.
Experience in legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
Experience with complex strategic and operational initiatives.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR tools and processes.

Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
Be responsible for executing the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in the country, and ensure local compliance.
