Job Description

HR Process Owner (Denmark), People OperationsLocation: Copenhagen, DenmarkExperience Level: MidMinimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Experience with digital transformation/HR digitalization.
  • Experience in legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
  • Experience with complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR tools and processes.

  • Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
  • Be responsible for executing the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in the country, and ensure local compliance.
