Job Description

Posting Date: 28 Jan 2025Location: Copenhagen, DKEntity / company: Integrated Information Technology (IIT)IT Contract & Partner Relationship ManagerAre you passionate and do you have in-depth commercial and contractual knowledge of IT agreements Do you have experience of driving and managing relationships, contracts, governance and negotiations with external IT Vendors Does it motivate you to get the best out of agreements and relationships with IT VendorsIf so, and if you are ready to contribute to Carlsberg Accelerate Sail Strategy and ensure the management of IT Strategic Vendors in large programmes, then we are looking to hear from you.What Youll Be DoingThe role involves a focus on commercial and contractual considerations as well as legal, technical and business challenges.It is also expected that the role will provide sourcing activities and renegotiations of agreements as well as influence and improve the strategy regarding vendors.The responsibility includes managing strategic vendors and contracts to ensure delivery on time and within the agreed cost of IT services related to SAP projects.Further responsibilities:

  • Management of Carlsbergs global IT agreements, including setting up and running governance activities
  • Do negotiations and renegotiations
  • Run sourcing activities including RFx processes
  • Cost control and cost management
  • Dispute handling and resolutions
  • Life cycle management of contracts, incl. extensions, renegotiations, handling change requests and keeping agreements current with market conditions
What were looking forThe role requires you to have in-depth understanding of technical, functional and commercial aspects in IT contracts. It is expected that you have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience from a similar role either with a large enterprise or as an advisor. Experience with SAP related service contracts would be a plus.Other desirable qualifications include:
  • Experience to drive complex contract and contract negotiations and resolve any impediments with external IT vendors
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders as well as vendors in a collaborative manner but still able to take and lead the tough conversations/disputes
  • Flexible attitude, proactive mindset
  • High natural drive, commitment and personal ownership
  • Ability to focus on both details and big picture
  • Results oriented and committed to quality
  • Organised, incl. ability to organise and prioritise between multiple tasks
  • Embraces and drives change
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment with your individual responsibilities
  • Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
