Job Description

1. Strategic Financial Planning & Investment Expansion

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and investment expansion across hospitality and real estate sectors.
  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities, joint ventures, and acquisitions to optimize returns.
  • Develop financial models and feasibility studies for new projects and acquisitions.
  • Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investors for fundraising, loan structuring, and capital allocation.
2. Owner-Side Asset & Portfolio Management
  • Manage and optimize the financial performance of owner-side assets, including hotels, resorts, and real estate properties.
  • Implement cost control measures, revenue optimization strategies, and capital expenditure planning for existing and new assets.
  • Monitor property valuation, asset utilization, and lease/rental revenue performance.
3. Operational Hotel Finance & Pre-Opening Finance
  • Oversee all financial operations of running hotels, including revenue management, working capital, and cost efficiencies.
  • Set up financial structures and policies for pre-opening hotel finance, including budgeting, funding, and operational readiness.
  • Work closely with hotel operators, general managers, and owners to ensure profitability and cost control
