Key Job Responsibilities of JO/SOKey Deliverables :Meet the no. of accounts, productivity and CASA targetsAchieve FD nos. and value targetEnsure at least one FD in every NCA account within 60 days of account openingUnderstand customer needs and ensure no mis-sellingZero RejectionsMeet the Fee Income target of his catchmentAdherence to policies and guidelines such as KYC & AMLPosition ResponsibilitiesCatchment Mapping - Identify and map key areas which meet Ratnakar Bank profile customersConduct activities and lead generation camps for fulfillment by self.Lead fulfillment for branch leads ( branches where JO and SE are present, the leads will be fulfilled by JO only)Maintain relationship with all new clients for further enhancement in valueKey Daily ActivitiesUpdate DSR on a daily basisConduct activities as per plan with BSM/BMKeep oneself updated with regards to changes in product features, fixed deposit rates etc.Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and toidentify business opportunities and threatsQualification & ExperienceGraduation must (min. 50%)Any other Qualification:Not required Work Experience:1+ yearsAny other Experience required:Not Required,
