Roles & Responsibilities Understand the specifications and other technical requirements related to the engineering projects / proposed localization activity Find technical alternatives/materials/processes/value engineering opportunities with cost-benefit analysis Propose the changes in the RFQ accordingly Technical evaluation of suppliers based on the requirements and capability matrices Technical discussions with the Supplier design team and product owners /category managers. Create commercial comparative charts Eligibility Degree / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or equivalent. Proficiency in Solidworks / Creo / Catia and tool design softwares Hands-on Experience in shop floor/tool room/design and development for metals and plastics casting, forming, machining, molding Sheet metal and powder coating costing experience preferred but not mandatory Minimum 5 years of industry/teaching/instructor experience Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on customer service. Cost estimation experience in the above fields desirable. Medical devices & Engineering experience is desirable.K K Constructions
