Job Description

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold calling. Use CRM tools to track potential clients and manage sales pipelines effectively.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Sales Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients. Clearly communicate the benefits of products or services.
    • Sales Targets & Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Regularly assess performance to ensure goals are being met and implement strategies to improve sales results.
    • Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, terms, and contracts. Effectively close sales and ensure smooth transitions to the post-sale process.
    • Customer Feedback & Reporting: Collect feedback from customers regarding products and services. Report on customer trends, sales performance, and areas for improvement to management.
    • Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align on strategies and offer clients the best possible experience.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services, ensuring the ability to communicate their value propositions clearly to customers.
    • Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, and manage sales databases efficiently to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.
