Job Title: Senior Consultant GastroenterologyLocation: Assam (Relocation support available)Employment Type: Full-timeExperience Required: Minimum 5 years post-DM/DNB (Gastroenterology)We are seeking an experienced Senior Gastroenterologist to establish and lead the Gastroenterology Department at a reputed NABH-accredited healthcare institution in Assam. The role offers an excellent opportunity for leadership, specialized clinical practice, and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Gastroenterology Department independently
• Perform diagnostic & interventional endoscopic procedures (Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, etc.)
• Develop specialized clinics for Liver Diseases, IBD, and GI Oncology
• Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists & critical care specialists for holistic care
• Implement preventive gastroenterology programs and patient education initiatives
• Mentor and guide junior doctors, nurses, and technicians
