Job Description

    • Manage and develop relationships with bank branches and channel partners
    • Drive sales through the banking channel to achieve monthly and annual targets
    • Train bank staff on products, features, and sales processes
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of channel partners
    • Monitor channel performance and prepare MIS / sales reports
    • Coordinate with internal teams for operations, underwriting, and support
    • Conduct joint sales calls and promotional activities with bank teams
    • Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines
    • Resolve partner and customer queries in a timely manner
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing bank networks
