Job Description

responsibilities for this position include:Collects samples, conducts inspection, evaluation, investigation and surveillance activities of wholesale and retail food, drug and cosmetic industry for compliance with mandated state and/or federal laws and rules to ensure safe production and sale of food, drug and cosmetic industryResponsible for the development of Nutrition Facts PanelsSecure all shipments by tying down or bracing cargoInspect the delivery vehicle for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after tripsResponsible for the development of mandatory label copy which includes product name, weight statement, ingredient statement, allergen declaration, kosher, nutrition facts panel and claims which meet government requirements and standard of identitiesParticipate in the development of training regarding new/changed labeling regulations, trends, that may impact the Organizations brands or coordinated brandsProviding comprehensive technical support Asia-wide across all F&B markets for internal and external customers including product demonstrations, addressing customers technical enquiries, training of sales/customers, lab-based trials, troubleshooting and technical reportingManaging the F&B laboratory to ensure compliance to reporting requirements and all applicable quality, health and safety standards as requiredTo assist with general F&B technical support
