Job Description

Core Responsibilities
• Supply Chain Management:Ensure the smooth flow of raw materials and finished products from origin to destination.
• Shipment Coordination:Plan and coordinate the timely and accurate shipment of goods by managing transportation providers and routes.
• Inventory Management:Track and monitor stock levels, adding new orders to inventory and managing stock of materials and equipment.
• Documentation & Compliance:Prepare and review shipping documents, bills, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Problem-Solving:Identify and resolve shipping errors, customer inquiries, and other logistical issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Supplier & Customer Relations:Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers, responding to their inquiries and coordinating their needs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Organizational & Time Management:Excellent skills in organizing tasks, managing multiple processes simultaneously, and meeting strict deadlines.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Technical Proficiency:Experience with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite is often required.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to analyze supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
• Attention to Detail:A high level of accuracy in record-keeping and document handling is crucial.
• Education & Experience:Typically requires a bachelors degree in a related field and some prior work experience in logistics or supply chain.
