Job Description

    Role Summary: The Executive supports day-to-day tour execution by coordinating guest arrivals, meet & greet services, transport arrangements, and operational documentation to ensure smooth travel experiences.Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate airport, railway station, and hotel Meet & Greet services.
    • Welcome guests and ensure smooth arrival handling.
    • Arrange and distribute welcome gift hampers.
    • Assist guests with immediate travel requirements.
    • Prepare arrival/departure trackers and guest movement sheets.
    • Share confirmed itineraries with transport vendors.
    • Coordinate driver allocation and communicate driver details.
    • Support group departures as Tour Coordinator when required.
    • Maintain petty cash records and operational expense tracking.
    • Procure materials required for welcome hampers.
    • Maintain documentation and operational records.
