Job Description

    Job DescriptionAs the Spa Manager, you will oversee all spa operations to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence to create elevated client experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong team management skills, operational acumen, advanced proficiency in software systems and outstanding client communication abilitiesKey Roles & Responsibilities Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, manage scheduling, and track performance to ensure a motivated and efficient team. Oversee reception duties, including appointment scheduling, billing, payment processing, and client welcome procedures. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Ensure the spa is well-maintained, including housekeeping, repairs, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Conduct stock audits, reorder supplies, and ensure the spa is equipped with necessary products and equipment at all times. Manage client communications, including reminders, follow-ups, feedback, and complaints. Continuously enhance guest service standards based on client feedback. Monitor expenses, handle bookkeeping, track cash flow, prepare financial reports, and suggest pricing strategies, packages, and discounts.
