Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned bank branches.
• Drive life insurance sales through the banks customer base.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Train and motivate bank staff on life insurance products and sales processes.
• Generate leads from bank customers and convert them into policy sales.
• Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings with bank officials.
• Ensure excellent customer service and policy issuance support.
• Monitor branch-wise business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
