Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Generation & Lead Management Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking referrals, and other methods. Manage a portfolio of clients and build relationships to encourage repeat business. Present and sell company products/services to current and potential clients. Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales. Market & Customer Research Sales Target Achievement Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update the CRM system with sales activities Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager. Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of sales leads and activities. Customer Support & Relationship Building Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to maximize sales efforts and share knowledge and best practices.Skills:Ability to work independently with a self-motivated approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients..
