Job Description

    You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new retail and distribution partners for Zoycare products. Your main objectives will include achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stockists, monitoring competitor activity and market trends, and providing timely reports and updates to the regional manager. Additionally, you will be in charge of onboarding all Super Markets, Hyper Markets, Retail Shops, and Medical Shops.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven ability to work independently and meet targets. A willingness to travel within assigned areas is required, and having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.As part of the perks and benefits package, you can expect a competitive salary along with travel allowance and incentives.
