Job Description

    As a Recruitment Specialist, your role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, campus drives, and local networks. You will collaborate with site managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with contractors and manpower agencies for bulk hiring, handling employee onboarding and orientation, maintaining HR databases, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and training programs.Key Responsibilities:- Source and recruit candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and local networks- Coordinate with site managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding- Liaise with contractors and manpower agencies for bulk hiring- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases- Support implementation of HR policies, performance appraisals, and training programs- Assist in handling employee grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety guidelines, and company policiesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field- 2 years of HR and/or recruitment experience (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries)- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR operations- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, BOCW, etc.) is an added advantage- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to travel to project sites when required(Note: The benefits and additional details of the company were not mentioned in the provided job description.),
