Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, coupled with exceptional leadership skills. You will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that our team meets and exceeds performance targets.Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Support the Branch Manager in managing branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Identify new sales channels and opportunities for lead generation.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive sales.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal and team skills.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven experience in sales channel development and lead generation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Willingness to work a day schedule in locations including Kanchipuram, Madurai, Erode, and Chennai.
