Job Description

    As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with labor laws, showcasing excellent knowledge of the HR cycle, handling inspector of factories forms, agreements, and fire licenses, as well as visiting the dairy chilling center to address employee grievances effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement & maintain HR Policies & procedures- Ensure compliance with labor laws- Handle inspector of factories forms, agreements & fire licenses- Visit dairy chilling center to address employee grievancesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree preferred- 6 years of HR experience preferred, with a total of 4 years of work experience- Experience of 10 to 15 years in HR roles- Only male candidates are eligible to applyPlease note: This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and day shift schedule.
