We are currently seeking experienced professionals for two exciting leadership opportunities in the life insurance sector:Cluster Manager Bancassurance Channel at Tata AIA Life Insurance Branch Head at HDFC Life Insurance in agency channelBoth roles require individuals with a strong background in the life insurance industry, having a minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years of team handling. The maximum CTC for these positions is 12 LPA.Key Responsibilities:Leading and managing teams to achieve sales and business objectives. Developing strategies to drive growth within the respective channels. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business performance. Desired Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience in life insurance. At least 2 years of team management experience. A strong understanding of the industry dynamics and customer needs.
