Job Description

    You will be responsible for monitoring kitchen equipment and promptly reporting any issues to your superiors. It is important to continually develop your culinary knowledge in order to consistently produce high-quality meals. Your duties will include measuring, mixing, and preparing meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings. Additionally, you will be tasked with washing, chopping, and cutting fruit, meat, and vegetable items as needed.It will be your responsibility to assess inventory levels and request resupply when necessary. You will work under the supervision of the chef de partie to plate meal items correctly. Proper disposal of spoiled items and strict adherence to sanitation policies are crucial aspects of this role.This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a total of 2 years of relevant work experience. The work location for this position is in person.,
