Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of garment production and manufacturing in our Garments Industry. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency, and coordinating with different departments such as design, procurement, and sales. Additionally, you will be overseeing inventory management, leading operational staff, and implementing process improvements for lean manufacturing techniques.Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of garment production and manufacturing- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control- Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency- Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales departments- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics- Lead and mentor operational staff and production teams- Develop and manage operational budgets- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to regulatory guidelinesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing or related industry- Proven track record of managing production processes and operations- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Knowledge of garment industry standards and regulations- Experience with process improvement methodologies- Strong organizational and time management skills- Effective communication and interpersonal skillsPlease note that this job is full-time and permanent with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
