Job Description

    The role of an English Teacher involves organizing classroom lectures and coursework, preparing materials and activities, assigning homework and interesting exercises, identifying students with special requirements and creating individualized plans, determining exam and assignment grades, providing feedback based on workload and classroom behavior, keeping a record of students attendance and grades, researching new language teaching methods, managing classroom crises, and resolving conflicts. Collaboration with teaching staff and administrators is essential to foster a good student experience.The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience as an English teacher, knowledge of various teaching methods, a deep understanding of the national curriculum and English language requirements, exceptional organizational and communication skills, a patient and resilient personality, dedication to students and education, and a Masters degree in English Language or English Literature.This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus. The ability to commute or relocate to senapathipalayam, Erode 638112 is required. The minimum education requirement is a Masters degree, and candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in English teaching.
