Job Description

    As an Export Documentation Executive, you will be responsible for handling Export customers for Technical discussions and providing technical solutions using Starch products for their required specific applications. Your key responsibilities will include:- Preparing pre & post documentation, export & import invoices, and packing lists- Meeting sales targets for designated markets and Generating ROI- Following up on order processing and replying to emails from existing and new customers- Targeting mature clients to increase sales- Calling RFQ/Existing/New Customers both Domestic & International- Creating sales invoices and purchase invoices for online sales orders- Analyzing market intelligence and monitoring competitors activities- Achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation- Sending Introduction Mails/Calling New CustomersQualifications required for this role include:- MBA in Marketing- Proficiency in the Malayalam language would be an added advantageYou should have 0 to 4 years of experience in Customer Management or Export Documentation.Please note that the work location for this position is in Erode.If you are interested in this Full-time position, you can contact Karthikeyan Venkataraman for further details.,
