Job Description

    As a talented and creative Graphics Designer, you will have the opportunity to join our team and contribute to the conceptualization, design, and execution of compelling visual materials that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Working closely with the marketing, content, and product teams, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs that captivate our audience and drive engagement.Your key responsibilities will include developing a variety of visual assets such as logos, brochures, posters, social media content, website graphics, banners, and advertisements. You will also be tasked with creating layouts and designs for presentations, reports, and other corporate materials. Ensuring brand consistency is essential, as you will need to adhere to the companys branding guidelines and visual identity while innovating across platforms and campaigns.Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and deadlines. Additionally, collaborating with copywriters, photographers, and other team members will be necessary to produce cohesive designs. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is required to produce high-quality work.Your creative input will be valued as you bring fresh ideas and perspectives to projects, enhancing the overall creativity of the team. Staying updated on design trends, industry standards, and best practices through research is encouraged. Time management skills are crucial, as you will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality and ensuring all designs are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus opportunity. A bachelors degree is preferred for this role, along with 2 years of experience in CSS, 1 year of experience in total work, and 1 year of experience in design.
