Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Human Resource Executive at Sky Tree Solutions Limited, located in Kaikattivalasu, Erode, you will play a crucial role in the HR department of a Textiles industry company. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruitment, compliance management, employee relations, policy support, and training assistance. It is essential to have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR/Business Administration and a minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in textile/dyeing mills. Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance is required for this role, along with good communication and people-management skills.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning processes.- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other statutory norms.- Handle employee grievances effectively and maintain healthy industrial relations.- Provide support to management in developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, and evaluating employee performance.Qualifications Required:- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration.- 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in textile/dyeing mills.- Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.- Good communication and people-management skills.Please note that only male candidates are preferred for this position.
