Job Description

    The ideal candidate for this position should have 5 to 10 years of experience in the automobile and manufacturing industry. Your role will involve initiating and following DWM processes, utilizing hydraulics knowledge, releasing production plans, studying drawings, and ensuring day-to-day activities are effectively monitored with employees. You will be required to coordinate with the planning team for material allocation, reduce overtime, and ensure on-time procedures in the schedule are met to achieve 100% production targets. Supervising and directing assembly line junior engineers will also be part of your responsibilities.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with a yearly bonus provided. The candidate should be willing to commute or relocate to Erode, Tamil Nadu before starting work.The preferred educational qualification is a Bachelors degree and the desired experience includes 2 years in ERP systems, heavy equipment operation, team management, and manufacturing.If you have a background in automobile and manufacturing, possess the necessary skills, and are looking for a challenging opportunity in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
