Job Description

    As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in contributing to the development of marketing strategies. This includes conducting market research on rival products, designing and implementing marketing plans for company products, and coordinating with media representatives and sponsors. You will work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and answer client queries about product specifications and uses. Maintaining positive client relations and tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and presenting sales performance reports.To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive. Knowledge of modern marketing techniques, high-level communication and networking skills, and a passion for sales are essential. A solid understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies, good project management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure will be advantageous.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
