Job Description

    As a Mushroom Research Associate Intern at The Shroom Company, you will play a crucial role in the entire mushroom cultivation process, gaining hands-on experience from substrate preparation to harvesting.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in substrate preparation, sterilization, and bagging- Support in spawning, incubation, and monitoring growth stages- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the growing area- Participate in harvesting and post-harvest handling- Document observations and assist in basic research trials- Follow standard cultivation and safety protocolsQualifications Required:- Students or recent graduates in Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields- Individuals with a genuine interest in mushroom farming and sustainable agriculture- Ability to commit to both the 1-month probation and the 5-month internship- Willingness to perform hands-on, practical tasks in farm conditions,
