Python / Gen AI Developer

Job Description

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python/Gen AI Developer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems. You will play a key role in developing intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:
• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for internal applications.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build and deploy agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of deployed AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance.
• Stay updated with latest developments in Gen AI and apply best practices.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, PySpark.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Web development experience using FastAPI, Django, or Flask (minimum 1.5 years).
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs using Hugging Face, DeepSpeed, LoRA/PEFT.
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture and vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, OpenSearch.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.
• Proficient in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of embedding models, vector search, and hybrid retrieval techniques.
• Experience in deploying models in production environments.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML).
• Exposure to privacy-preserving AI and responsible AI practices.
