Job Description

    As a Sales Strategy & Execution professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Your role will involve identifying and targeting potential hotel clients, which includes chains, boutique hotels, and resorts. It will be essential to conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.In terms of Client Relationship Management, you will need to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry. This will involve conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits to gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and showcase product offerings. Ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up will be crucial in driving client satisfaction and repeat business.You will also be required to have in-depth Product Knowledge & Promotion capabilities. Staying up to date on all product lines and innovations in hotel linens and textiles will be essential. Training clients on product features, care, and usage to ensure optimal performance and longevity will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, coordinating with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, trade shows, and branding initiatives will be necessary.In terms of Sales Administration, you will be responsible for preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. It will be important to maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software. Negotiating pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to meet both client expectations and company goals will also be a key aspect of your role.This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, a flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, and paid time off. The job requires a willingness to travel 3 days a week for field sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in field sales and be located in Erode, Tamil Nadu. A willingness to travel 50% of the time is also required.
