Job Description

    Location: Tambaram,Mylapore,Erode,NamakkalExperience: Min 3 years in secured lending / LAP / mortgage salesRole Overview:The Sales Manager Loan Against Property will be responsible for driving LAP business through sourcing, team management, channel development, and achieving disbursement targets while ensuring compliance and credit quality.Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive LAP sales through DSA, channel partners, and direct sourcing
    • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets
    • Develop and expand builder, broker, and connector networks
    • Handle large-ticket LAP cases and customer negotiations
    • Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing
    • Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to credit policies
    • Monitor MIS, pipeline, and productivity reports
    • Conduct regular sales reviews and training for team members
    • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Graduate
    • Minimum 3years of experience in LAP / mortgage / secured loans
    • Strong understanding of property valuation, credit appraisal, and legal documentation
    • Proven track record in team handling and target achievement
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
