The role involves sourcing customers, explaining loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
• Source and generate leads for LAP and Home Loan products through field sales, referrals, and local market activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process clearly to customers
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
• Conduct field visits and participate in marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to do field sales
• Basic knowledge of banking/financial products is an added advantage
