Job Description

    You will be working as a Client Supervisor/Senior Executive in PE/VC accounting, reporting directly to the partners. Your responsibilities will include having advanced knowledge of accounting up to finalization of accounts, basic understanding of reporting and statutory compliances such as direct & indirect taxes, FEMA, and exchange regulations. You should be able to interpret and analyze various financial documents with a keen attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential for this role. Additionally, you will be required to manage a team, provide guidance, and monitor their progress. Proficiency in using TALLY and MS Office (especially Excel) is a must.To qualify for this position, you should be a CA or CMA inter qualified candidate with 2-3 years of post-article ship experience. Alternatively, candidates with a background in BCom/MCom/MBA and over 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.This is a full-time, permanent role based in Erode, Tamil Nadu. The compensation will be as per market standards. The selected candidate will be entitled to health insurance, Provident Fund, and performance bonuses.
