Criteria for BH profiles
1. Candidates should have atleast 6 to 8 years of continues banking experience and should be currently working in Bank
2. Candidate should have experience in sales , operations, retail branch banking & team leading
3. Maximum age limit -39 years
4. Candidate should be in Deputy Manager ,Manager or Senior Manager grade
5. Candidate should be currently working as BOM,BSM,RM ,Branch Manager or PB Authorizer ( Branch Heads for Metro cities)
6. Maximum ctc of candidates should be up to 10 lakhs ( B3/ B4)
7. Maximum hike offered will be 25 % on current gross salary ( 20 % for kerala)
8 . Maximum grade offered for BH will be Senior Manager
1. Candidate should not have frequent jumps
