Job Description

    The site engineer position at our Construction industry requires a qualified individual with at least 3 years of experience. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of construction projects, overseeing construction work, conducting surveys, setting out sites, and ensuring that technical designs and drawings are followed accurately. You will also supervise contracted staff, ensure project packages meet specifications and budgets, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, local authorities, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.Additionally, you will provide technical advice, solve on-site problems, prepare site reports, and monitor progress. It is crucial for you to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as sustainability policies and legislation. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, team handling abilities, a strong understanding of products, and extensive experience in site handling. Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is required for effective communication in this role.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Erode. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 15,000 to 20,000/- based on experience. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule consists of day and morning shifts, with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses provided.
