Job Description

    As a Senior Executive- Relationship & Business Performance for Swiggy Instamarts City Business Operations team, your role will involve the following responsibilities:- Recommend and advise on best practices of picking and packing to improve Customer Experience (Cx) experience.- Advise partner stores on mechanisms/processes leading to correct picking/packing/billing of customer orders using appropriate tools and dashboards.- Guide partners on the proper usage of dashboards and other portals to prevent any inaccuracies leading to customer impact.- Assess the quality of Pods on cleanliness, hygiene, and delivery executive issues and suggest measures to enhance smooth operations leading to better Customer Experience.- Advise partner stores on speed perception and order fulfillment, recommending best practices to improve Customer Experience.- Provide recommendations to partners for continuous improvement in delivering the best Customer Experience metrics.- Provide recommendations on the training aspects required to deliver/improve Customer Experience metrics.- Provide recommendations to partners regarding changes in demand patterns/spikes in order volumes due to holidays/peak seasons and suggest/propose measures to prevent any Customer Experience impact.Qualifications:- Graduate with 3-5 years of retail management experience.- Must have led 15 people/employees in Retail/Store.- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.- Adaptability to dynamic situations.- Experience from retail/FMCG/quick commerce Industry.Join the Swiggy Instamart team and be part of redefining how India shops with unparalleled convenience and instant grocery delivery.
