Job Description

    As a Student Counsellor at our company based in Erode, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to students. Your key responsibilities will include:- Conducting one-on-one counseling and group sessions to assist students with career planning, academic pathways, and personal development.- Collaborating with parents and educational institutions to ensure students receive tailored support and appropriate resources.To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide students in their academic and career paths.- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address student inquiries and foster a supportive environment.- Experience or familiarity with the Education domain to better understand student needs and institutional processes.- Empathy, patience, and an ability to build trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.- Experience in a similar student-focused or counseling role is advantageous.In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, you should have:- A Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration.- 3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or educational administration.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.Preferred attributes for this role include:- Being an empathetic listener with a student-first approach.- Being organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.- Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like educational environment.,
